100 Day Pleasure Guarantee Terms and Conditions

1. How to Make a Claim

To make a claim under our 100-Day Pleasure Guarantee, please follow these steps:
1. Complete a Return Form: indicate "100-Day Pleasure Guarantee" as the reason for the claim.
2. Claim Within 100 Days: submit your claim within 100 days of the order date.
3. Send the product back: you will receive details of how to return the product after we receive your claim.
4. Product Eligibility: this policy applies exclusively to items purchased from our online store. If you purchased a product from anywhere else, you are not entitled to a voucher.

2. Vouchers

- Claim Review: once we have reviewed and accepted your claim, we will issue you a voucher to use for another product within our store.

3. Policy Limitations

- Single Item Per Order: you may only request a voucher for a single item from an order under the 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
- Recurring Claims: the number of claims you may make under this policy is at our discretion.
- Non-Eligible Claims: if you return a product to our warehouses without first contacting our customer care team and the product is outside of the 100-day satisfaction guarantee period, we will not be able to return it to you due to the hygienic nature of our products and our warehouse procedures. We will instead recycle the product and no voucher will be issued.
- If your product is faulty and outside of the 100-day satisfaction guarantee period, you can fill out our warranty form. We will handle it as a regular defect within our warranty period.
