  • Can I return the product?
    We’re sorry to learn you’re not absolutely satisfied with your product. We endeavour to ensure that everything we produce is as pleasurable as it can possibly be, and since all our bodies are different, it can take some time to acclimatise to the unique sensations. Unfortunately, due to the highly intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once the packaging seal has been broken. We hope you understand that that’s in everybody’s best interest, and our goal is only to keep you, our customers, and our colleagues safe. You can return unopened items (with the hygienic seals intact) within 30 days of delivery at your own expense. Please contact us with photos of all the intact hygiene seals on your product box for our review. Once received, we will assist you with the return process.
  • How do you determine the optimal shape for your products?
    Each massager is artfully sculpted so that vibrations can stimulate with just the right force at the right locations. Given the variety in human anatomy and sensitivity, that means product contours and flexibility need to enable users to easily find their "sweet spots." Overall shape, the location of ridges and the orientation of flat spots need to be just right.   • How do your products provide the most satisfying stimulation possible?
    Vibrating massage products all use a rotating electric motor with an offset weight to generate vibrations. Most use inexpensive stock motors originally designed for cell phones and other applications; their speed and power characteristics have not been designed or tuned for sexual stimulation.   • Is my smartphone/tablet compatible with the We-Vibe App?
    You can enjoy the We‑Vibe App on devices running iOS (11 or newer) or Android (7 or newer) with Bluetooth LE (Bluetooth 4.0). The app is not compatible with smartwatches, PC or Mac.
  • Is my toy compatible with the We-Vibe App?

  • How do I connect my toy(s)?
    Simply open the We-Vibe app and follow the instructions. Please avoid manually adding your toy through the Bluetooth settings of your device. Click on the '+' icon in the toy section select the We-Vibe toy you want to pair and follow the described steps. To put your toy in paring mode, just press and hold down the control button of your We-Vibe toy until it pulses twice. Chorus exception: Chorus must be connected to the Squeeze Remote to pair it with the app. Note for Android users: Disable “Optimize battery” and check whether the We-Vibe App is listed in “Sleeping apps” and take it off that list.
  • What is the maximum Bluetooth range?
    In a range within 10ft/3 meters of the We-Vibe toy, you can expect a stable connection. Make sure that there isn’t any object in the way that can interfere with the signal. In order to maintain the Bluetooth connection, the app must be active.
  • What happens if my toy loses the connection?
    When your toy is disconnected, the app will try to reconnect your toy for 30 seconds. After the 30 seconds ran out and the phone being unable to reconnect, you must connect your toy again. Press and hold the button on the toy until it vibrates twice to activate the pairing mode. To avoid the loss of connection, make sure that there isn’t any object in the way that can interfere with the signal, don’t move the toy out of the Bluetooth range or put the app into the background.
  • What are the different control modes for my toy?
    Each toy offers different control modes. All toys offer the Single Vibe, Multi Vibe and Playlist Mode. Use the bubble to control the intensity or click on the vibe icon to change the vibe in Single or Multi Vibe. You can also Playlist, Touch, Smart Silence and Touch Sense Modes. Notes: Touch Mode is not compatible with Melt, Nova, Rave, Wand, and WV 4 Plus.
  • How do I connect with a partner through the app?
    Make sure the “My Partner” function enabled (find out in the Settings)
    1. Tap the '+' icon in “Long Distance Play"" that will prompt you create a profile for your partner
    2. You can assign a (nick-)name and add a picture before saving
    3. Now, you can send your partner an invitation via WhatsApp, email or SMS and many more
    4. Once your partner clicks the link and accepts the invite, they will be visible to you and you can tap their profile icon to start playing.
  • How can I communicate with my partner through the app?
    You can start a chat or call your partner. During the call you can also enable your cameras with a tap on the camera icon to see each other. You can control your partner’s toy while chatting or having a call. After you gave away toy control, you can always take back control. You can also use the feedback area and let your partner know about your mood. Note: Every communication within the We-Vibe App is end-to-end encrypted.
  • How can I remove my partner?
    You have two options
    1. Delete Partner:
    Go to “Long Distance Play"" and tap the pencil icon. Click the X next to your partner’s name.
    2. Factory Reset: (also removes paired toys, settings, and any created Vibes)
    Go to your settings from the We-Vibe Center by tapping on the top right corner gear icon. Select “Personal Settings”, tap “Factory Reset” before restarting the app.
  • How can I remove my toy?
    Just follow these steps to unpair your We-Vibe toy:
    Go to your connected toy`s Profile
    Select the option to remove the toy from your app
    Lastly, manually remove the toy from your device`s Bluetooth settings

  • How do I clean my We-Vibe products?
    Simply wash your We-Vibe product with We-Vibe™ Clean – made by pjur® or soap and water after every use. A 10% bleach solution can be used to clean if desired. To avoid battery or motor damage, DO NOT BOIL your We-Vibe products, place them in the dishwasher or subject them to temperatures higher than body temperature.
  • How much can I save in battery costs with your rechargeable products?
    All We-Vibe products feature high-quality rechargeable power systems that are convenient, kind to the environment and save you hundreds of dollars over several years of reliable use compared with cheap products that use replaceable batteries. Our high-quality NiMH batteries have a lifespan of at least 500 discharge cycles and a relatively flat discharge profile to maintain power until the charge is completely depleted, and they demonstrate minimal loss in ability to hold their charge after many cycles. Other products, particularly small devices that consume disposable watch batteries, do not provide sufficient power, require frequent replacement and contribute to landfill congestion with toxic material.

  • What do I do if my We-Vibe will not take a charge?
    In general, ensure that the wall outlet where the charger is plugged in has power available. We-Vibe I: ensure that the switch is in the center-off position, and that the charging pin is inserted completely. Turn or twist the pin a few times to insure good contact is made. Repeat the charging sessions for 24 hrs. We-Vibe II: ensure that the charging pin is inserted completely. Turn or twist the pin a few times to insure good contact is made. Repeat the charging sessions for 24 hrs. We-Vibe Touch/Tango/Salsa: ensure that the magnetic cap is properly aligned and making good contact. Once plugged in, the charger cap will illuminate to indicate that it is charging.   • Are We-Vibe products C-Tick-approved?
    Yes, all We-Vibe products comply with electromagnetic compatibility regulations and are C-Tick-approved. C-Tick approval signifies compliance with the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) regulations that limit the radio frequency emissions produced by any electrical/electronic product.   • Are We-Vibe products WEEE-compliant?
    Yes, we are committed to environmentally safe and sustainable business practices and are WEEE-compliant. Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is a European Union directive that sets collection, recycling and recovery targets for electrical goods and is part of a legislative initiative to solve the problem of huge amounts of toxic e-waste. The directive imposes the responsibility for the disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment on the manufacturers or importers of such equipment. Those companies should establish, or make use of, an infrastructure for collecting WEEE in such a way that "Users of electrical and electronic equipment from private households should have the possibility of returning WEEE at least free of charge."   • How do you ensure that all We-Vibe products are safe for my body?
    All We-Vibe products are completely body-safe, unlike many other products, which may contain high levels of lead, phthalates and other toxic materials. We-Vibe products are made from only the highest quality, safe materials and are covered by 100% body safe silicone or body-safe PC-ABS plastic — the same materials that are approved by the most stringent laws in the world for toys and food containers that are put into the mouths of babies.   • How do you ensure that your operations are carbon-neutral?
    We are fully committed to environmental sustainability. We design our products, packaging and all of our manufacturing, shipping and operational processes to leave a minimal environmental footprint. We purchase carbon-offset credits to ensure that our global operations are carbon-neutral.
  • Lots of companies claim they use "body safe silicone" or "FDA-approved" materials. Are they all equally safe?
    Consumers need to be aware of misleading claims about product materials. Plastic and silicone products are often touted as "FDA-approved" or "medical grade," but that isn't always the whole story. For example, some companies have claimed their products are made with silicone only to blend that material with other lower quality materials, rendering the final composition impure. If the material gives off any odour, it is not pure silicone and should be avoided. Quality control in the manufacturing and curing process also matters; some silicones require a proper post-cure step to drive out volatile compounds. Sloppy manufacturing can result in an otherwise safe material containing toxic compounds. Another factor in material safety is the use of pigments, additives, paints and other coatings that are applied in the manufacturing process that might overshadow the safety of the base material. Buyers need to beware and only purchase from reputable companies that will answer all of their questions regarding product safety in an honest, straightforward manner.   • What makes We-Vibe so "Eco-Sexy?"

  • How do I control my We-Vibe toy?

    There are 3 ways to control your We-Vibe:

    1. Use the vibrator control button on the top of the device (the larger end with the We-Vibe logo),
    2. Use the wireless remote control or,
    3. Use the We-Vibe App on your smartphone for the best experience.

    Vibrator control button: To turn your We-Vibe on, press and release the control button — the small, raised button on top of the device. To advance to the next vibration mode press and release the control button again. Make sure you try all modes. To turn off your We-Vibe, simply press and hold for 2 seconds. When you restart your We-Vibe, it will resume at the last vibration mode selected.

    Remote Control: First, pair the remote to your We-Vibe. Start by turning on your We-Vibe by pressing the control button on the top of the device. Then press and hold that button for 5 seconds. You We-Vibe will pulse to let you know it is ready to pair. With the remote and the We-Vibe next to each other, press and hold any button on the remote control for 5 seconds. The light on the remote will blink 3 times and your We-Vibe will pulse 3 times when it’s paired. Use the up/down buttons on the remote to step through the levels of intensity, or press and hold the up button to soar to max right away. Use the left/right buttons to go backward or forward through the modes. To turn off your We-Vibe using the remote, hold the down button for 2 seconds.

    The remote control remains on standby for 30 minutes after being turned off and it can be used to restart your We-Vibe. After 30 minutes the control button on your We-Vibe must be used to turn on your vibrator.

    We-Vibe App on your smartphone: Download the We-Vibe App from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and follow the onscreen instructions. The app will give you more control features. And you can play together — even when you’re apart — by connecting with your partner across the room or on a different continent.

  • What are the various vibration modes?

    The modes available depend on which We-Vibe you are controlling. In the We-Vibe App, you can get additional modes.

    Using the We-Vibe's control button or the remote, you can cycle through the different modes.

  • Can I use my We-Vibe in the shower?

    We-Vibe toys are waterproof and may be enjoyed in the shower, but the remote control is not waterproof. Avoid bringing the remote control into the shower. If your We-Vibe is completely submerged in water, like in the bath, the remote control will not work. The water will weaken the radio frequency signals. Use the control button on the device to control your We-Vibe when it is submerged in water.

  • How do I charge my We-Vibe?

    WARNING: Always keep your charger unit away from water. Wash and dry your We-Vibe before charging.

    Connect the charger to the magnetic charging contacts on the We-Vibe. The charger should snap into place. Plug the USB cable into a USB port or a USB adaptor and connect to a power source. A light on the control button on your We-Vibe will illuminate and blink while it is charging; when it is completely charged, the light will illuminate solid.

    If you have a charging base, simply place your We-Vibe into the charging base with We-Vibe’s charging contacts (located next to the We-Vibe logo) placed on the magnetic charging contacts, and plug the base into any USB port or USB power adapter, such as one used to charge a mobile phone. There is room to store the remote in the side pocket (the remote does not charge). The device, no matter what position it is in, has room to fit in the base and have the lid placed on. The charger automatically detects that your We-Vibe is in place, the light begins to blink, and it begins charging.

  • How should I clean my We-Vibe?
    Clean your We-Vibe with We-Vibe™ Clean - made by pjur® - or soap and water before and after every use.
  • Will the metal charging contacts rust?
    No. The charging contacts have an anti-corrosion plating that protects them from rusting.
  • What metal are the charging contacts made of?
    The charging contacts are made of nickel-plated iron.
  • Do I need to sterilize my We-Vibe?
    No. Your We-Vibe is made with non-porous, body-safe silicone. Use We-Vibe™ Clean – made by pjur® or soap and water to clean your We-Vibe. Never boil, bake, microwave or put your We-Vibe, the charging base, cable or the remote control in a dishwasher.
  • Where should I store my We-Vibe?
    We recommend that you store your We-Vibe on its charging base with the lid on to keep the dust out or that you store your We-Vibe in the silky storage pouch provided.
  • What battery type is used in my We-Vibe?
    We-Vibe toys use a rechargeable battery called Lithium Polymer.
  • Why doesn’t my We-Vibe package include a USB power adapter for charging?
    In the interest of conservation, a USB power adapter is not included with We-Vibe products that have USB charging. Many people already have USB ports on their computers or USB power adapters for other electronic devices such as mobile phones. USB power adapters are also widely available for purchase. You can use any commercially available USB power adapter with your We-Vibe.
  • What should I do if my charging base or cable is lost or broken?

    Customers in the U.S. and Canada can purchase a replacement cable on we-vibe.com. Customers in other countries can complete this web form or email us at care@we-vibe.com.

  • What type of lube should I use with my We-Vibe?

    Although lube is not required to enjoy your We-Vibe, we recommend lubricating with We-Vibe™ Lube - made by pjur® - or another high-quality water-based lubricant. For more information on lubricants, visit we-vibe.com/lubes.

  • How long is the warranty on my We-Vibe?
    1-2 years. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, personal preferences, damage caused by misuse, loss, abuse or negligent handling. It also does not apply to any unit that has been subject to tampering.
  • What is the Bluetooth range?
    10 feet or 3 metres.
  • Can I use my We-Vibe anally?

    We-Vibe has two products that are designed specifically for anal play;

    Ditto by We-Vibe is a vibrating plug that is small and great for those new to anal play.

    Vector by We-Vibe is a great anal toy for exploring prostate and perineum stimulation at the same time due to its adjustable and flexible arms.

  • How do I reset my We-Vibe?
    Resetting your We-Vibe will remove your device from any problematic state. To reset your We-Vibe, press and hold the control button for approx 10-15 seconds, then charge it overnight.
  • How come the charging light does not turn on when I connect the charger to the magnetic contacts?
    If your charger LED light is not blinking, ensure that the magnetic charging contacts on the device are aligned with the magnetic charging contacts on the charging cord. Also, try wiping the contacts on your We-Vibe and the contacts on the charging cord clean with a damp cloth and then snap the We-Vibe back into the charger. If your We-Vibe has been without a charge for an extended period of time the charging light may take several minutes to turn on.
  • My We-Vibe will not shut off?
    If your We-Vibe will not shut off, simply connect the charger to the We-Vibe. Plug the USB cable into a USB port or a USB adaptor and connect to a power source. This will automatically turn your We-Vibe off. You can also press and hold the control button on the toy until your We-Vibe shuts off.
  • How do I pair my We-Vibe and remote?

    Press and hold the control button on the Sync for 5 seconds.

    Your Sync will pulse twice to let you know it’s ready to be paired. With the remote and Sync next to each other, press and hold any button on the remote control for 5 seconds.

    The light on the remote will blink 3 times and your Sync will pulse 3 times when it’s paired.
    Press the up button on the remote to start controlling your Sync with the remote.

  • What should I do if my remote control gets wet?

    If the remote control is used underwater or dropped in water, it will likely get water inside. Open it, remove the battery, and drain any water. After the remote dries out, replace the battery, close the case, and start using it again.

    If it does not work, the remote control may have become damaged. Customers in the U.S. and Canada can purchase a replacement remote control and other accessories on we-vibe.com. Customers in other countries can complete this web form or email us at care@we-vibe.com.

  • Why is my remote control not working?

    There are a number of reasons why your remote control may not be working:

    1. It may not be paired with your We-Vibe. To pair the remote control with your We-Vibe vibrator:
      • If your We-Vibe is paired to your smartphone through the We-Vibe App, you must first disconnect it from the app. From the shortcut menu (also called the hamburger button — the 3 small horizontal bars on the top left), select “settings” and then “unpair We-Vibe.” If you have not paired with the app, proceed to step 2.

    Use the center button to turn your Rave on and off, and also to cycle through the vibration modes:

    • To turn your Rave off, hold down the center button for 2 seconds.
    • To cycle through vibrations modes, press and release the center button. The off position follows the last vibration mode. If your Rave turns off, simply press and release the control button again to move to the first vibration mode.

    Use the + and – buttons to control intensity. Press and release to go up or down one level at a time, or hold to quickly go to maximum or minimum intensity.

    Nova 2 can run for up to two hours from a single charge! Your Nova 2 device has a top-quality recharge function: it only takes 90 minutes to fully charge Nova 2 from an empty battery, and Nova 2 retains charge when not in use.

  • How do I use the Nova 2?
    Apply a little water-based lube and insert the internal G-spot stimulator into the vagina and rest the external clitoral stimulator on the clitoris.
