And because We-Vibe lives in the world of connection, intimacy, and the playful moments that bring people closer, we wanted to know how much pet ownership really matters when singles are deciding who catches their eye, and who might be worth getting to know.<\/p><p>To find out, we surveyed over 2,000 single U.S. adults age 18 and older in July 2026, including pet owners and non-pet owners. More than half (53%) of the singles we surveyed said they\u2019ve actually found someone more attractive after learning they owned a pet.<\/p><p>Now, we aren\u2019t suggesting that a pet instantly transforms a person\u2019s dating appeal. On average, respondents rated the impact of pet ownership on attractiveness a 6 out of 10. A pet can be a lovely green flag, but it\u2019s only one part of the connection.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-967cd1f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"967cd1f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-accaa0b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"accaa0b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u201cPet ownership can offer you a glimpse into how one relates to and cares for others.
